The BA Center for Islamic Civilization Studies organizes a lecture entitled “Oman’s Islamic History between the Missing Source and the Buried Relic: An Analytical Study”, on Thursday, 28 November 2019, at 1:00 pm, in the BACC Delegates Hall. The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Mohamed Abdullah Alqadhat, Professor at the History Department, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Sultan Qaboos University. It will highlight the different resources of the Omani history documentation, such as jurisprudential resources and archaeological discoveries, given the lack of historical material that covered the Islamic history of Oman.
