Launch of the International Librarianship Training Program

The BA Information Services Department has announced the launch of the International Librarianship Training Program (ILTP) and its Website (in Arabic).
The Program aims to train library information specialists in professional skills in the field of library services and information centers, and provide them with specialized knowledge and required skills.
Online registration begins on 1 September until 30 October, and the training courses begin on 9 November 2014.
ILTP stresses on combining academic and practical outlooks. It is also interested in both the traditional and advanced aspects of the specialized fields in order to fulfill libraries needs, especially in Egypt, the Arab region and Africa, and to keep pace with the different aspirations of specialists of various levels, orientations, as well as various scientific and professional backgrounds.
