The BA Organizes a Webinar on “Rural Sustainable Development and Sustainable Agriculture in Egypt”

The BA Center for Special Studies and Programs (CSSP) organizes a webinar titled “Rural Sustainable Development and Sustainable Agriculture in Egypt” on Wednesday, 16 December 2020, at 1:00 pm. The webinar will discuss the challenges facing rural sustainable development and sustainable agriculture in Egypt. It is held as part of the ERASMUS+ project (Steering Migration through Sustainable Development: Euro-Egyptian Program for Agriculture and Rural Development “DeVilag”).

The webinar will be delivered by a host of distinguished speakers: Dr. Hani Sewilam, Academic Director at the Department of Engineering Hydrology, RWTH Aachen University, Germany; Dr. Khaled Abu Zeid, Senior Manager of the Regional Water Resources Program, Center for Environment and Development for the Arab Region and Europe (CEDARE), Egypt; Dr. Mohamed Bayoumi, Assistant Residential Representative and Environment and Climate Change Team Leader, at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Egypt; Dr. Sigward von Laue, Research and International Affairs, Heliopolis University, Egypt; and representatives from DeVilag project.
