Seminar: “Al-Jawahiri’s Gems: Navigating the World of Al-Jawahiri”

The BA Cultural Outreach Sector is organizing a seminar entitled “Al-Jawahiri’s Gems: Navigating the World of Al-Jawahiri” on Wednesday, 29 October, at 12:00 pm, in the BACC Delegates Hall.
The seminar will be moderated by Dr. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the BA, and will feature a presentation by Dr. Abdel Hussein Shaaban, as well as a speech by publisher Ali Al-Masoudi, Director of Souad Al-Sabah House for Culture and Creativity.
It is worth mentioning that Muhammad Mahdi Al-Jawahiri was one of the great Arab poets, who expressed the feelings of the nation and immortalized its issues in poems overflowing with sincerity, beauty, and rebellion against reality. The event will highlight milestones in Al-Jawahiri's life and poetic career, present readings of his national and humanitarian poems, and discuss his impact on modern Arabic poetry.
