Conclusion of the “Secrets of Craftsmanship” Initiative at Sinnari House in Cairo

The BA Women Studies and Social Transformation Program, concluded the “Secrets of Craftsmanship” initiative at Sinnari House, following an intensive training program that lasted for a whole month, from 26 October to 2 December 2025. The initiative was part of a joint collaboration between the Women Studies Program, Hayah Karima Foundation, and Azza Fahmy Foundation, under the umbrella of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work, and sponsored by Amazon Egypt.
The program aimed to empower women and build their capacities in the fields of handicrafts and entrepreneurship through specialized training in jewelry making under the supervision of professional trainers from Azza Fahmy Foundation, as well as specific training in entrepreneurship and marketing skills, thereby supporting the participating women in establishing their small businesses and achieving economic independence.
On the sidelines of the closing ceremony, Sinnari House had hosted an art fair of the training output, during which the trainees presented distinctive models of jewelry products that reflect a blend of authenticity and innovation. The fair was widely praised by the audience for demonstrating the development of the trainees' skills during the training period.
